Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Demo Bujiteri Takı San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. – Grand Bazaar, Kalpakcilar St. No:12, Fatih / Istanbul – info@demobujiteri.com
Buyer: The consumer whose details appear on the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically from demobujiteri.com, pursuant to Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product and Payment

Product type, quantity, price including VAT, payment method and delivery details are stated in the order summary and confirmation email. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered by courier to the Buyer's address within 30 days at the latest. Shipping cost is stated in the order summary. Damaged packages should be refused with a report to the courier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, via My Account > Return Request or by email. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days. The refund is issued within 14 days of the product reaching the Seller.

6. Exceptions

Personalized products (initial/name necklaces, engraved items) and earrings (hygiene) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually.

8. Effect

By confirming the order the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement.
