Conditions

Return unworn items with tags and box within 14 days of delivery. Earrings and personalized items are excluded for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

1. Create a request under My Account > My Orders > Return Request (guests: email us).
2. Ship the item free with the return code we send you via Yurtiçi Kargo.
3. Your refund is issued within 3 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

For size/color exchanges the new item ships free once the return arrives.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Send us a photo within 48 hours; the item is replaced free of charge.
