1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Demo Bujiteri Takı San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. as data controller in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Data We Process

Identity (name), contact (email, phone, address), transaction (orders, invoices, returns), security (IP address, session data) and marketing data (newsletter preferences, with your consent).

3. Purposes

• Receiving, preparing and delivering your orders
• Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations
• Managing membership and dealer accounts
• Customer service and returns
• Sending campaigns and newsletters with your explicit consent

4. Transfers

Data is shared only with the carrier (delivery), payment institution (payment processing), accounting/e-invoice provider and, where legally required, public authorities.

5. Retention

Order and invoice data is kept for 10 years as required by law; membership data for 3 years after termination. Marketing consents are deleted upon withdrawal.

6. Your Rights
