Dealer Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement governs the wholesale relationship between Demo Bujiteri Takı San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Supplier") and the approved applicant ("Dealer").

2. Tiers and Pricing

Dealers are grouped by monthly volume into Standard (20%), Gold (30%) and Platinum (35%). Discounts apply to list prices; quantity-based discounts are shown on product pages. The Supplier may change prices with 15 days' notice.

3. Minimum Order

1,500 ₺ for Standard, 5,000 ₺ for Gold and 10,000 ₺ for Platinum.

4. Payment

Standard dealers pay upfront (card/transfer). Gold and Platinum dealers may order on a 30/45-day trade account within their credit limit. New orders are not accepted while balances are overdue.

5. Dispatch and Returns

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Defective items are replaced free within 30 days. The Dealer is responsible for consumer-law obligations toward its own customers.

6. Brand Use

Product images and the brand name may be used only to sell Supplier products; selling below list price on marketplaces is not permitted.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Accounts with no orders for 6 months are deactivated.
